Operations & Data Quality Leader
Civic Organizer  ·  Multilingual Trainer

Co-founder of DatosLab and Language Justice Solutions, building systems that protect program integrity, develop people, and move communities forward.

About

Systems
thinker.
People
leader.

I've spent nearly a decade building the operational infrastructure that lets civic organizations do their best work: tracking what's actually happening in the field, coaching people toward accountability, and creating systems that hold up when the stakes are highest.

From mutual aid mobilization across rural Georgia to training hundreds of progressive data professionals, I bring a quality-first mindset to every program I touch. I lead with curiosity, not judgment; and I know how to hold a hard conversation without making it personal.

Bilingual in English and Spanish. Rooted in Georgia. Ready to go where the work is.
